Affirmations by Mithra Trust

Affirmations are sentences of self-empowerment that shape our self-talk. They are stated in the present tense without using negations like ‘no’ and ‘not’. They can be repeated in thoughts, said our loud, written as many times as one chooses. They help channelise our emotions and reframe our beliefs.
