Workshops

We periodically offer workshops on a range of themes, addressing various aspects of self-exploration and mental health. Here, you learn more about yourself, through reflections that encourage compassion. We also practice tools and activities that are and practical.

Some themes we've covered 

include: Exploring Perfectionism through Mandala Making, Boundary Setting in an Indian Context, and Managing Burnout

Sharing Circles

We run sharing circles, creating spaces that are inclusive and safe. Members are invited to share experiences or challenges, ask for support or just to be heard. Often these do not have a theme, and are open to all, and may have elements of play in it.

Our most popular space is the Feelings Party, where we create sharing spaces with elements of play

Support Groups

Mental health support groups bring individuals with similar experiences together to provide and receive support.

In our spaces, we aim to co-create the space for members to express themselves, develop empathy and a sense of community. They may offer but also receive valuable support and practical guidance. Through this, we also learn to be kinder to ourselves. 

 

We have run groups for Caregivers in the past.
